The conference organizers will provide an official invitation letter upon request to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries. This invitation will not imply any obligation from the organization to provide any kind of financial contribution.

Invitation letter request should be made by filling the form here below only after registration. It must include the participant's complete mailing address, e-mail address and professional or student status proof. Please also include your full name and passport number.
